QuickBooks Sync allows you to push financial data from BuildBook into QuickBooks Online.
Before moving forward with setting up the QuickBooks integration, there are a few requirements that must be met.
BuildBook's integration is only compatible with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is not currently eligible for sync.
QuickBooks Online plans must be Plus or Advanced. See more about QuickBooks Online plans here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/
QuickBooks Sync is only supported in the United States in USD at this time.
At the time of set up, you must be logged in to BuildBook as the Account Owner or Pro Team Admin and a QuickBooks Online Admin account
To push invoices, users must have Automated Sales Tax turned on. Read more on sales tax requirements here.
