As long as you meet the requirements outlined in this article for BuildBook's integration with QuickBooks Online (QBO), keep reading to get the platforms connected!
Authenticate QBO
Start by logging in to BuildBook.
Navigate to your Settings
In the Financials section click Manage QuickBooks (https://projects.buildbook.co/settings/accounting)
Click Connect to QuickBooks
โSign in with your Intuit/QBO Login
Select a withdrawal account and hit Save
This is the default withdrawal account for pushing bill payments to QuickBooks. The list of available accounts is pulled from your QBO account
If your withdrawal account here displays as blank or as a number instead of the account name, it's likely the account was marked inactive or deleted in QuickBooks Online. Either select a different default withdrawal account or re-activate the original account.
Disconnect QBO
To disconnect your account from QuickBooks, select Disconnect QuickBooks from the QuickBooks Settings page. You'll be asked to confirm the disconnect. Disconnecting your account will stop all data transfer between BuildBook and QuickBooks Online for all new and existing financial objects.
