Wondering how to get the most out of your messages with BuildBook?

BuildBook organizes your messages so it’s always simple to find the decision, picture, or discussion you’re looking for.

Posting a new message is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Create a post and write your message 
  2. Attach a photo (optional)
  3. Add category and room tags

We recommend adding photos whenever possible — it shows job progress in hi-res detail and makes your clients feel connected to what’s happening. Photos can also be used to share inspiration and help clients make a decision on a selection.

Tags keep your content organized throughout the entire project. Think of Category Tags as budget line items (like “tile” or “windows”). Room Tags are, well, just that — and you can create your own (“Master Bath” or “The Man Cave”) to suit the project. Tagging your messages makes it easy to find what you’re looking for at any point in the project.
